What we collect and why

• Inquiries and business contacts: contact details, project information, correspondence and referral information, to answer requests and arrange services or introductions.
• Workspace access: work email, access permissions, sign-in records and session identifiers, to verify access and provide private reports.
• Workspace activity: visits, profiles opened, filter changes and approximate active time, linked to your account, to understand use and support relevant follow-up.
• Technical data: connection and request information, including IP-derived abuse-prevention identifiers, to operate and protect the service.

We receive information from you, your organisation, business partners and public professional sources. Business contact records may include names, roles, organisations and contact details.

Where the GDPR applies, our bases are steps you request before a contract or its performance, our legitimate interests in handling business relationships, understanding service use and preventing abuse, and applicable legal obligations. Consent is required where the law makes it necessary. This notice is not a request for consent.

Contact details are needed to reply; a work email is needed for private access. Other context is optional. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.

Cookies and browser requests

We use cookies for sign-in and request security. Workspace sessions can remain valid for 30 days and renew with use. Security cookies last up to eight hours. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or form submission. Workspace activity is also recorded on our server; it is not anonymous.

Some pages load Google Fonts, which sends connection data to Google. Telegram and Calendly receive data when you follow their links; their own privacy notices apply.

Who receives data

Access is limited to relevant TSS team members, service providers for hosting, email and business tools, and counterparties involved in an inquiry, engagement or requested introduction. Data may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

TSS is based in Georgia. Depending on the service or recipient, data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA. Applicable transfer rules may require an adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the recipients, locations and safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep it

Retention depends on the purpose: handling an inquiry, maintaining an active business relationship or workspace, investigating abuse, and meeting applicable recordkeeping or legal-claim requirements. Session expiry does not itself delete contact or activity records. You can request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including in the EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law.

We may update this notice as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
