§ 01 · How it works
↳ scroll to read

No setup pain.

You don't need to be technical. Connect your chats once. Second handles the rest in the background.
01 · Connect

Plug in your chats

Connect Telegram, Slack, Discord, Notion once. Drop call transcripts straight in, or auto-pull them from Google Drive. Second reads every work source - group chats, 1-on-1s, docs, recordings - in the background.

02 · Read

Let it build context

Second auto-groups chats into projects, tracks each project's history, and understands what requires your reply vs. what your team can handle.

03 · Act

Wake up to clarity

Every morning, get a ranked brief - Critical, High, Medium, Low. Ask for reply drafts, project summaries, or call commitments anytime.

§ 03 · What you get
↳ scroll to read

Six things Second does, every day.

01 / Brief

Daily morning brief

At 09:30 (or any time you set). Portfolio overview + per-project breakdown + one cross-list of what needs your reply today - with 4 urgency levels.

☀
02 / Ask

On-demand summaries

From the Telegram bot, anytime. Ask "what's happening on Nova right now?" - answer in under 15 seconds, reflecting what you've already handled.

?
03 / Draft

Reply drafts with context

A ready-to-edit draft that remembers the whole thread. You tweak and send yourself - Second never hits send for you.

✎
04 / Extract

Transcripts to commitments

Upload a call file. Get extracted tasks with owners and deadlines, tagged to the right project, surfaced in your next brief.

↧
05 / Track

Done / not-done tracking

Second re-reads chats before every brief. Knows whether you replied - and flags when your answer covered 2 of 3 questions.

✓
06 / Follow-up

Lead follow-up reminders

With the prior conversation context and a suggested opener, so no lead goes cold because you got busy.

↺
§ 04 · Priority ladder
↳ scroll to read

Every message lands on one of four rungs.

No bucket is perfect from day one. You correct the ladder with one-click feedback. By week three, it matches how you actually triage.
Critical

Do first. Direct mention plus an urgency marker - or an escalation (broken deal, unhappy partner, urgent deadline today).

→Today · first
High

Do today. Direct mention without urgency. Active lead going cold. Commitment you made with a this-week deadline.

→Today
Medium

Do this week. Open thread, possibly yours. Questions without hard deadlines. Needs your input - but not urgently.

→2-3 days
Low

When you have space. FYI messages. Cold leads. Stuff your team can take - flagged, but won't nag you.

→Whenever
§ 05 · Recognise yourself?
↳ scroll to read

If more than three of these sound too familiar - keep reading.

01

You've got 500+ unread messages in Telegram and can't remember the last time you opened some chats.

02

You return to a project after a 2-day gap and feel "out" - you need 20 minutes just to get back up to speed.

03

After every call you catch yourself - "wait, what did I promise them Wednesday?"

04

You're afraid you've missed an important message - and you'll only find out when the project goes sideways.

05

Half your day goes into regaining context. The other half, actual work. Somehow the ratio is inverted.

06

It feels binary - hire an account manager and lose margin, or drown in threads yourself.

§ 06 · Where this takes you
↳ scroll to read

What changes - not just in your inbox, but in your head.

Before

Your current mode

  • —Anxious that something important has slipped through.
  • —Disoriented when returning to a project after 2 days.
  • —Distracted in calls, trying to recall context mid-conversation.
  • —Scared of adding one more project.
  • —Scaling only by hiring account managers and losing margin.
  • —Burning 1-2 hours a day on "getting back in context."
With Second

Your new mode

  • +Calm confidence that nothing important has slipped through.
  • +On top of every project - without the anxiety of what you forgot.
  • +Professional ease in every conversation - they can tell you're engaged.
  • +Free to take on 1-2 more projects without fear of "I can't handle it."
  • +Scale your practice without hiring account managers.
  • +Free up 1-2 hours a day for actual strategic work.
§ 07 · Doubts
↳ scroll to read

Probably on your mind right now.

Will AI really understand my context - or just mess up priorities?
Second learns from your corrections. Every item in the brief has a "this is wrong" button with a short comment field. You also configure the rules for "definitely me" vs. "maybe me" in plain English. By week three, it's tuned to how you actually work.
I don't want AI reading my confidential conversations.
Any chat (NDAs, partner conversations, personal) can be excluded with one click. Your data stays in your single-tenant account - no multi-tenancy, no cross-user data flows.
Isn't this just another tool I'll abandon in 2 weeks?
Second lives where you already are - Telegram. The morning brief arrives in the bot; nothing new to open. Want deeper controls? Open the web app. No habits you don't already have.
Do I need to be technical? The setup sounds scary.
No. If you can install a Telegram bot, you can set up Second. Connection is a one-time, 2-minute flow. Second auto-groups your chats into projects based on names and participants - you just tweak where needed.
What if it misses something critical?
During the first 2 weeks, you stay in the loop and give feedback. The product is built so by week 3 you trust the prioritization - rather than double-checking manually. If you're still double-checking at week 4, Second isn't working, and I want to know.
§ 08 · Replaces
↳ scroll to read

What Second replaces, and why.

Notion / Todoist / Things

Require you to enter everything yourself. Second extracts tasks from chats and call transcripts automatically - no manual copy-paste.

Telegram Folders + Superhuman

Group messages but don't understand what needs your reply - and they don't hold project context. Second knows each project's history and prioritizes by meaning.

Hiring an account manager

Costs $2-5k/month, needs onboarding, goes on vacation. Second costs a fraction, works 24/7, scales with you without the HR overhead.

ChatGPT or Claude in the browser

Not connected to your chats - you manually paste history every time. Second holds live context and answers instantly, no copy-paste, no re-explaining.

Reading everything yourself

Works up to 3 projects. From number four, you start missing things. From number six, people start to notice - the expensive way to find out.

§ 09 · Why a waiting list
↳ scroll to read

Because it has to work for me first.

The story

I'm building Second for myself - and then for people living in the same mode.

As co-founder of TSS Labs (Web3 marketing and advisory), I run 3-5 projects in parallel. I hit this exact wall every day: missed pings, lost context, guilty scrolling through chats at 11pm to catch up.

For the next 2-3 months I'm battle-testing Second on my own chats and calls. Once it reliably solves the problem for me, I'm opening early access to fellow founders, freelancers, and agency owners living in the same mode.
